Companies considered for the recognition completed a two-part evaluation. The first examined workplace practices, policies, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second came directly from employees through a confidential engagement and satisfaction survey.
In other words, this recognition considers both what a company puts in place for its people and what working there actually feels like.
That makes this honor especially meaningful to us.
Refreshing the agency standard
Fountain Digital was founded in 2023 with a clear mission: to refresh the agency standard.
For our clients, that means pairing data and technology with advanced strategies across SEO, paid media, web design, marketing automation, CRM integration and analytics. We’re data-obsessed, deeply invested in our craft and committed to creating measurable value through every engagement.
