Dave is an entrepreneurial leader with experience in marketing and technology. Prior to Fountain, he was a co-founding member of Linkmedia 360, a leading national digital marketing and analytics agency and has served in leadership roles at venture-based and Fortune 1000 companies.

Marissa is a founding member and the strategic force behind Fountain Digital, with deep expertise across SEO, paid media, content, website redesigns, email, local marketing, and analytics. She has built and led high-performing teams that drive measurable results for clients across senior living, retail, and Fortune 100 financial services. At Fountain, Marissa leads the agency’s delivery team and operations across all clients and verticals.

Evan, formerly the Vice President of Sales at Linkmedia 360, is a marketer with over 10 years of experience working with senior living, financial services and higher education. Prior to Fountain, Evan spent two years a a venture backed Series-D robotics company.

Katie brings nearly 20 years of senior living and healthcare experience, serving much of her career as a trusted partner to clients on the marketing agency and consulting side of the industry. She’s also spent time as a senior housing provider, leading the marketing effort for a system of life plan communities in the Midwest.

Known for her innovative and collaborative approach to brand strategy and building tech-enabled marketing programs, Katie’s motivation for delivering ROI for the organizations she serves is what drives her success.

Niti Beri brings over 17 years of proven success in digital media planning and management. Her unique path through ad agencies, platforms, and advertisers has given her a rare and invaluable 360-degree view of the digital advertising ecosystem. Her expertise extends to an array of media channels, including search, display, programmatic, social, and affiliates. She has also led high-performing teams specializing in SEO, creative, and UI/UX design.

Jake has a passion for alleviating client pain points through creative technical problem solving. He has experience building integrated applications and custom software solutions leveraged by hundreds of companies. His goal is to provide every client with a unified, integrated technology experience that soothes operational pain points and reveals analytical blind spots.

Michaela Leary is a seasoned digital marketing executive with over a decade of experience leading operations, project management, and multi-channel strategy since 2012. She currently oversees delivery and execution across a portfolio of clients, aligning cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

Cliff is an accomplished data and analytics leader with more than 15 years of experience in the marketing agency space. His passion for data-driven solutions, along with a deep understanding of client business objectives, has guided the development of analytics teams and comprehensive reporting solutions for multiple agencies and clients across a variety of verticals.
