Meet Drew, Digital Marketing Manager!
Hi, I’m Drew Wiggins, a Digital Marketing Manager at Fountain Digital with 9 years of experience in paid media, SEO, and analytics. I’m passionate about helping brands grow and using data to solve complex problems.
- Q: Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to where you are today?
I started my digital marketing career as an intern, unsure of what to expect, but eager to dive in. Early on, I focused primarily on managing Amazon campaigns, which soon expanded into overseeing other paid media channels.
From there, I developed an interest in SEO and earned a certification from UC Davis. Wanting to gain a more holistic understanding of performance, I also dove into Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which helped me better understand full-funnel performance and ensure that all channels were accurately tracked. - Q: What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Fountain Digital team?
The team—hands down. Working at Fountain Digital has been a true blessing. No matter the role, everyone brings deep expertise and a collaborative spirit to the table. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by people who are not only great at what they do but are also genuinely invested in helping each other grow. The level of support, innovation, and teamwork here makes it a place where you’re constantly learning and pushing boundaries together. - Q: What is your favorite part of digital marketing?
The variety, without a doubt. One of my favorite parts of digital marketing is the opportunity to work across different industries, each with its own unique challenges and goals. It keeps things fresh and constantly pushes you to learn and adapt. There’s also something incredibly rewarding about launching new campaigns, collaborating with clients, and seeing your strategy directly contribute to their success. It’s that blend of creativity, data, and impact that makes this field so exciting. - Q: What song instantly puts you in the zone and gets you motivated for the day?
Takin’ Care of Business by BTO—because let’s be honest, it’s hard not to feel like you’re on a mission when that song’s playing. It’s got the energy, the attitude, and just the right amount of swagger to kick off the day. - Q: Do you prefer the beach, mountains, or city for a vacation?
That’s a tough one—I’ve been fortunate to travel to many incredible places over the years, and each country offers something uniquely special. Whether it’s the natural beauty, the culture, or the food, there’s always something to appreciate. Some of my favorites so far have been Costa Rica, Croatia, Greece, and Italy. Each of them left a lasting impression for different reasons.
