Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager oversees the successful execution of client projects and ensures that teams deliver exceptional results on time and within scope. Acting as the main point of contact between the internal team and clients, this role involves managing timelines, aligning deliverables with client goals, and fostering clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and excels at keeping projects organized and on track while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, keeping clients updated on project progress and addressing any concerns proactively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and account staff, to align efforts and deliverables with project objectives.
  • Resource Management: Assign tasks, allocate resources, and ensure team members understand their roles and deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and internal quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential roadblocks or delays, finding solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and post-project evaluations.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects remain profitable while delivering value to clients.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on project performance metrics, such as timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of project management experience in a digital agency or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Kantata, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services, including, but not limited to, website development, SEO, PPC, CRO, and analytics are a plus.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented approach to managing teams and client relationships.
  • PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
