Team Member Spotlight: Jess Bush

Meet Jess, Data Analyst!

At Fountain Digital, I make sure that each client’s data is tracked in a granular but scalable manner ensuring we are reporting on clean accurate data. My goal is for all clients to feel confident in trusting their data. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family going to concerts, movies, going to the beach, and traveling. 

1. Q: Can you share a bit about your background and how it led you to where you are today?
   I took one analytics class in college and knew that it’s what I wanted to do. I was fascinated by both the data and the story it could tell. During my senior year, I had the opportunity to join Linkmedia 360 as an analytics intern, after I graduated I joined the team full-time.
   
   I wouldn’t be where I am today without that experience. I have learned countless skills and continue to learn from the amazing managers that I have worked with over the years. With this amazing team, they have been able to answer my never-ending questions and help develop my analytical skills, shaping me into the analyst I am today.

2. Q: What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Fountain Digital team?
   We have a really awesome team who’s willing to jump in and help each other out. I love seeing the willingness of everyone to dive in and learn something new and not be afraid to ask questions. It’s exciting to be a part of such a collaborative, hard-working team. 

3. Q: What is your favorite part of digital marketing?
   Of course the analytics! You have the ability to track so many of your efforts. Doing so allows you to feel confident that you are making informed decisions regarding all of your tactics, backed by data.

4. Q: If you could switch lives with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
   Anybody in MGK’s (Machine Gun Kelly) band. Then I could hang out with MGK all day and be on stage while he’s performing.

5. Q: If you won the lottery tomorrow, what’s the first thing you’d do?
   That’s too hard of a decision, I can’t pick one. I have a top 3
   1. Take my mom to Scotland to see the castles
   2. Spend a couple of months traveling around Europe 
   3. Buy a beach house
